POUND Rockout Workout

Get your arms ready!  Pound is the newest and hottest workout that fuses cardio interval training with drumming, to provide a fast pace – heart – pumping workout.

BOOTY Sculpt

Tighten and tone your way to the perfect booty.  You will get a total body workout while focusing on sculpting your buns, legs, abs and a few other assets with multi-muscle moves in this fun, upbeat class.

Totally Toning

Shape and Strengthen all muscle groups including effective core exercises in a low to no impact workout regimen.  **Pound Demo included in Wednesday classes.**

SilverSneakers® Classic

Instructor: Hollie Henderson or Sandy Aegerter

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living.  Hand- held weights, elastic tubingwith handles, and a Silver Fitness® ball are offered for resistance.  A chair is used for seated and standing support.  Please bring a water bottle to class.

Silver Fitness Circuit

Come out for some fun with fitness!  Combine good times with cardiovascular work to increase your fitness and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout.  Upper-body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a Silver Fitness® ball is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography.  A chair is offered for support, stretching and relaxation exercises.  Please bring a water bottle to class.

Looking for variety in your workout? Activate your aquatic side with Silver Splash! Silver Splash offers LOTS of fun shallow water moves to improve agility, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance.  No swimming ability is required.

Silver Fitness Yoga

Silver Fitness Yoga will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses.  Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of seated and standing postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement.  Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.  Please bring a  water bottle to class.

Silver Chair Yoga

Instructor: Bob Goerke, E-RYT Certified Yoga Instructor

Silver Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is good for people with physical limitations and/or health issues.  It is practiced sitting in a chair, or standing using a chair for support.  Students will learn posture, breathing exercises and relaxation exercises, which will assist in achieving physical and mental fitness.  Benefits include: improved circulation, greater flexibility and a great sense of calm and well being.

Silver Fitness CardioFit

Get up and go with an aerobics class that’s safe, heart-healthy and gentle on the joints.  The workout includes easy to follow low-impact movement and upper body strength, abdominal conditioning, stretching and relaxation exercises designed to energize your active lifestyle.

Gentle Yoga

Great for beginners, seniors or anyone who wants a gentle refresher.  It includes postures (asana), gentle stretches, breathing exercises and relaxation skills that you can take at your own pace.  Wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat, blanket or towel.
