The mission of the Senior Center is to provide essential leisure services for the older adult citizens of Massillon and the surrounding area. Leisure Services of this division will be planned, coordinated and promoted to meet the current and future needs and desires of (primarily) older adults and (secondarily) the community at large. Programs will be provided in the most cost effective manner possible. Coordination with other staff within the department and with outside agencies and individuals is stressed. The Massillon Parks & Recreation Senior Center is proud to be a United Way Agency.
