How do I rent a pavilion? Can you hold a particular pavilion for me until I get in today, tomorrow, etc.?
We do everything on a first-come, first-serve basis, so we do not hold pavilions. If you cannot come into our office during our business hours, we can fax you a Rental Agreement, but you must fax it back to us immediately. You must also put your check in the mail on the same day. This is done with the understanding that if someone comes in prior to us receiving the prospective renter's check, the pavilion may be given to person in our office with money to pay for pavilion. When renting a pavilion, an official reservation sign will be posted on such pavilion and you will have use of the pavilion from 9am - 9pm. No alcoholic beverages are permitted in the parks and no amplified music (ex. a band or DJ). You can decorate as long as you take down your decorations and throw out in provided trash receptacles. We accept cash, checks or money orders made out to the "City of Massillon".
